¹NO BEGGING.  

No begging of any kind please.  It gets very annoying. 

2 HELP EACH

ALWAYS AIM TO HELP EACH OTHER.  BE COURTEOUS TO FELLOW MEMBERS.  

Respect

Respect their private space. Don’t stand on top of their Avatars , unless the member has said it is ok, especially if they are in a relationship and it’s not with you. This keeps misunderstandings from happening.

KEEP PRIVATE

KEEP PRIVATE ALL LEGACIES-LS  MATTERS.  If someone tells you something personal or serious, and they told you in confidence that you wouldn’t tell anyone else…please keep it confidential.  If someone tells you something so serious that you feel it must not be kept a secret, talk to MALEFICENT only. 

NO BLACKMAILING OR BRIBING. 

NO BLACKMAILING OR BRIBING.  Any foul play suspected by anyone within the clan towards another clan member will be dealt with harshly.

NO HARMING OTHERS.

NO HARMING OTHERS.  Build people up, don’t tear them down. Threatening others is not tolerated.  Also, avoid playing mind games where half truths, lies and falsehoods can hurt reputations.  

WHEN DUELLING (RP), THERE IS

NO HOLDING GRUDGES.  Play nice and obey laws.  Be respectful of all.

Serious infractions

Serious infractions can lead to demotion of title, status and being banned from the clan permanently.  If you are having issues with others outside the clan, report them for harassment or spamming, depending how they are acting, then block them. 

Consequences of breaking the rules will be handled depending on the severity of the problem.  

Multiple breakings of a serious rule or set of rules will be decided upon by a group meeting with the leaders.  >>Depending on how serious the infractions are, the resulting discipline could lead to being kicked from the clan, possibly permanently.

Occasionally there is a dispute amongst family members.  Though we never want to hurt others, there are times that we need to protect the clan from harm coming from within.  If the issue at hand is against LS Laws, there is a disciplinary procedure. 

 Here are the steps.

1 A warning

1 A warning is issued explaining what was done and what needs to be corrected.>>The offender receives a black mark and is removed from room for 24 hours. >>If the recipient receives no other black marks within 30 days, the black mark is removed.

2 A second warning

2 A second warning issued, allowing the person to get things right.  >>The recipient will be required to study LS laws and agree to them.  This is their last chance. >>Upon receiving a second black mark, you will be removed from room for one week. 

3 On third occasion,

the recipient will be removed from room and a meeting will be held to decide whether you need to be removed from LS.  

There are times when we all fall down,

We realize we all are human and learning from a mistake is how we gain wisdom.  There are times when we all fall down, If the recipient receives no other black marks within 30 days, the black mark is removed.
