Joining Legacies (LS)

Are you interested in Legacies-LS? We are a family that loves hanging out together, supporting each other, doing videos and goofing off. You can join us regardless if you are a newcomer or a seasoned veteran of Avakin Life. Our family is all about respect, love and peace. Our basic motto is to do whatever you wish as long as it doesn’t harm others. We are here to support each other and to have fun together. Legacies LS is an ENGLISH SPEAKING family.

In order to join the clan you need to get to know MALEFICENT (Contact ☆MALEFICENT☆LS☆, friend code QWZ-773) and other clan members. You then need to stay updated on clan events and activities. The best way to do this is to join up, contact MALEFICENT, hang out with current LS members and check out the YouTube Channel LS(Legacies LS).

Voting Process

New candidates that want to join LS (Legacies) must first get to know MALEFICENT and have her as a friend. A new candidate also needs to be known to other members of LS for a period of time.

Voting process will begin when MALEFICENT feels the candidate has some general knowledge of the clan and the questions asked throughout the preliminary process have been answered satisfactory.

Five random members of LS will get sent a profile of the candidate. They will vote yes or no for the candidate.

MALEFICENT will not vote in the voting process and for every vote, 5 different LS members will be chosen. As the 5 members votes come in, they are tallied to determine whether the candidate gets in or not. Based on these 5 votes, the following actions take place:

(Based on number of YES votes)

0 – Gets declined from LS

1 – Gets declined from LS but can reapply when time passes remaining a friend (time period for 1 vote is longer than 2 votes).

2 – Gets declined from LS but can reapply when time passes remaining a friend.

3 – A revote is taken with 5 different members of LS.

4 – Gets into clan with supervision

5 – Gets into clan with no supervision.

Legacies LS is an ENGLISH SPEAKING family.In order to join the clan you need to get to know MALEFICENT (Contact ☆MALEFICENT☆LS☆, friend code QWZ-773) and other clan members. You then need to stay updated on clan events and activities.

Legacies Rules

NO BEGGING. No begging of any kind please. It gets very annoying.
RESPECT FELLOW MEMBERS. Remember, we dance, play and laugh with each other, but there are times we also disagree, argue, and fight with one another. So please, respect one and treat each other like you want to be treated. ALWAYS AIM TO HELP EACH OTHER.
BE COURTEOUS TO FELLOW MEMBERS. Respect their private space. Don’t stand on top of their Avatars , unless the member has said it is ok, especially if they are in a relationship and it’s not with you. This keeps misunderstandings from happening.
KEEP PRIVATE ALL LEGACIES-LS MATTERS. If someone tells you something personal or serious, and they told you in confidence that you wouldn’t tell anyone else…please keep it confidential. If someone tells you something so serious that you feel it must not be kept a secret, talk to MALEFICENT only.
NO BLACKMAILING OR BRIBING. Any foul play suspected by anyone within the clan towards another clan member will be dealt with harshly.
NO HARMING OTHERS. Build people up, don’t tear them down. Threatening others is not tolerated. Also, avoid playing mind games where half truths, lies and falsehoods can hurt reputations. Serious infractions can lead to demotion of title, status and being banned from the clan permanently. If you are having issues with others outside the clan, report them for harassment or spamming, depending how they are acting, then block them.
WHEN DUELLING (RP), THERE IS NO HOLDING GRUDGES. Play nice and obey laws. Be respectful of all.

Consequences of breaking the rules will be handled depending on the severity of the problem. Multiple breakings of a serious rule or set of rules will be decided upon by a group meeting with the leaders. Depending on how serious the infractions are, the resulting discipline could lead to being kicked from the clan, possibly permanently. LAWS ARE FINAL AND MUST BE FOLLOWED TO KEEP OUR REPUTATION HIGH AND RESPECTED!

Breaking of Laws/Discipline

Occasionally there is a dispute amongst family members. Though we never want to hurt others, there are times that we need to protect the clan from harm coming from within. If the issue at hand is against LS Laws, there is a disciplinary procedure. Here are the steps.

A warning is issued explaining what was done and what needs to be corrected. The offender receives a black mark and is removed from room for 24 hours. If the recipient receives no other black marks within 30 days, the black mark is removed.
A second warning issued, allowing the person to get things right. The recipient will be required to study LS laws and agree to them. This is their last chance. Upon receiving a second black mark, you will be removed from room for one week.
On third occasion, the recipient will be removed from room and a meeting will be held to decide whether you need to be removed from LS.

We realize we all are human and learning from a mistake is how we gain wisdom. There are times when we all fall down, but it’s how we get back up that builds who we are.
